1. Interviewing @chalenejohnson on the ITfactor Show at my branding bootcamp. I’ve adored her for many years. Real has a frequency and she is IT!
2. Getting presented by the Mayor of Los Angeles Karen Bass for dedication to empowering women and youth through business and entrepreneurship, + for outstanding and invaluable service to the community.
3. @christinamariebrophy founder of @theweexpo sharing about the lives we are impacting — serving human sex trafficking survivors
4. Being interviewed on my long time fav @deangraziosi podcast “own your future”
5. Recording an inclusive masterclass for @deangraziosi and @tonyrobbins community on #YouAreTheBrand
6. Collaborating w a major brand on an exclusive ItsEmily product (our Oct 5!)
7. Hosting our 1st ever intimate total immersive boot camp experience where we could work w people on an intimate experience to have real breakthrough on their personal brand + how they will monetize it.
8. Realizing I’m obsessed w coaching / directing others how to better tell their stories + share it w the world!
9. Got a call from a speaking agent that I will be signing with ❗️🖤 (I have a few now feeling extremely blessed ready to serve Corporate as well) ps this Queen tee is linked in my stories.
10. Introduced a group of partners to @oceanschurch and some of them dedicated their lives to Jesus + re-committed to their faith 🥹🖤
My cup runs over.
It was a true honor to speak + be recognized as a “women of influence” at the Women’s Empowerment Expo in LA this past weekend.
This event was all about: PROMOTING ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT + DIVERSITY & INCLUSION
I am so proud to share that the organization + us fellow contributors donated financial support to human trafficking survivors in the audience one beautiful soul who was trafficked just 13 months ago and provided long- term employment opportunities to help survivors rebuild their lives.
I firmly believe in taking tangible actions to empower and uplift those who have experienced adversity, and we are grateful for the opportunity to contribute to their journey of healing and resilience. This is something that is near to my heart witnessing first hand my Mother experience domestic violence during my childhood. 🖤

The greatest loss is what dies inside you while you’re still alive. And in life you can be comfortable or courageous, but not both at once.
So be bold, be courageous… be scared to death, and then give yourself a chance to take the next step anyway.
Success never comes to look for you while you wait around thinking about it.
Remember: You are what you do, not what you say you will do.
Knowledge is basically useless without action.
Good things don’t come to those who wait; they come to those who work on meaningful goals.
Ask yourself what’s really important and then have the courage and determination to build your daily life around your answer.
So let me ask you— are you comfortable or courageous? 👇🏼

Affirmations = game changer!
Lies of the enemy easily make their way into our heart. We will encounter difficult times and difficult people in our lives. Am I right?! The enemy will use those moments or people to instill doubt about who God is, who we are and about the world around us. Lies are so subtle and usually scream louder than the truth.
… Remember, an affirmation is a statement that you declare as a fact. Consequently, a biblical affirmation is taking God’s Truth and stating that as a fact.
See the difference between simply stating positive phrases and using God’s Word as the Truth you are declaring?
Making affirmations based on Scripture on a daily basis is a great way to create a consistent habit of meditating and believing God’s Word.
