Are you trying to cut down on your bread intake? Or like me and you completely stay away from gluten!? Look no further. This is such a great healthy option. 

 

Ingredients:

1 cup spinach 

2 eggs

 

Optional Fillings:

Any type of protein 

Pesto

Capsicum 

Spinach

Onion

Tomatoes

Mushrooms

Parsley

Avocado

Salt & pepper

Balsamic vinegar 

Seasoning of choice 

 

Method: blend wrap ingredients together and pour out and cook. Fill with your fav fillings and enjoy!
