Intermittent Fasting

If you know me at all, you know that’s what I do. If you’ve followed me at all you know that I distribute a health and wellness product that you can’t buy in the stores. I’ve helped thousands of people have physical transformations through a holistic health program that I found and experienced nine years ago when I was suffering from anxiety, binge eating, and other things of that nature.

However, through my years and journey of building this business and traveling, I had to really figure out a plan that could work for me. When you’re on the road a lot or you’re serving people or doing business meetings you can easily put on weight and your energy just starts to get low and very easily that could happen. So we try to figure it out, right? 

So what I do, and how I use our Aloe-Based Cleanse, is I do the 8-16 method. What that means is I stop eating at 8 PM (most of the time) and I take our Aloe-Based Cleanse before I go to bed. I don’t go to bed at 8 PM but I try to stop eating at 8 PM and I’ll take our Cleanse at 10 or 11 PM usually as a tea using our small individual cleanse. Or I’ll use the powdered one and make that as a tea before I go to bed to get that Aloe in those vitamins and minerals in my system.

And then I go to bed and cleanse while I’m sleeping. I wake up, I take one of the mini individual cleanses with an E shot. An E shot is our adaptogens. Then I go to the gym. I have my millionaire morning routine and that’s going to be another blog. But what I do is go to the gym and I fast on our cleanse until noon. So again, 16 hours and then right after the gym, at noon, I break my fast and I have an Isalean Vegan Shake. I have our vegan shakes – I prefer chocolate vegan, but all of our shakes are amazing!

Then I take in all my calories from noon to 8 PM. Now this works really well for me because I am an eater. I love food and I love quantity. I love to have a massive dinner that is still things of high-quality protein and good fats and tons of vegetables. I literally could sell you an air fryer because I love the air fryer! I put all my vegetables in there. But why I like it is because I like to eat and I like to have my superfoods so I can eat from noon to 8 PM and I’m gold. That is what I do and that’s what has dramatically changed the game for me.

Now I’ll tell you I believe the huge secret to it though, is our Aloe-based Cleanse because I don’t feel tired when I’m doing this. I actually feel like I de-puff if you know what I mean, right? That’s what happens when we cleanse. It’s easy! I’m fortifying my body with minerals and when you travel like me – it takes a lot out of you – if you’re changing time zones, or if you’re going to conferences a lot – those of you that build businesses know what I mean! So the fasting approach works wonders for me and I do this six, if not every day of the week. It works wonders for me. I’m so grateful that I found it and stuck with it. Every now and then, I will do a deep cleanse which is a one or two day cleanse. If I just feel like I need a reset, if I traveled a ton, and if I ate really bad then I’ll do the full two day cleanse. This is so manageable for me, and it changed the game. I can feel and see it in my face, my body – I can feel it along with my workouts which I’ll share with you all my workouts in my next blog.
