Did someone say PROTEIN COOKIES? Like whoa. I can still have abs and eat cookies? or just be healthy and not de-rail my entire diet...? YES YOU CAN! (In moderation of course!) I’m going, to be honest with you ... I’m not the “in the kitchen-baking type of chick” HOWEVER, I’m passionate about making stuff that has few ingredients and is ultra-healthy— and these are exactly that,
Here’s my most recent fav recipe:
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Almond Butter (or do peanut butter if that’s your jam)
- 2/3 cup of Sukrin Gold Brown Sugar Alternative (0 cal / replaces sugar 1:1) you can also use coconut sugar if you already have that on hand.
- 2 Scoops of IsaPro Vanilla Shake Powder
- One Egg
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix all ingredients into a large bowl
- add 1 TBSP of water if needed to mix in the shake powder
- Bake for 10 minutes (check on this some of your ovens get hot fast ;)
Let cool. Enjoy as a snack with a cup of coffee (my fav is this one! ) or when you have late-night cravings! Perfect little dessert! Xo
