Pronuts (Protein Donuts)
One of my all-time favorite recipes to make is PRO-NUTS!! AKA Protein Donuts. For a few reasons: they are super simple to make (literally a handful of ingredients), they satisfy any sweet cravings I might have and once you make a batch you have a high protein snack ready to go!
Here is the SIMPLE recipe:
2/3 cup IsaLean protein powder (You can use any flavor!)
2 tbs apple sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
Mix and pour in donut trays
(Makes 6 full-size donuts)
PUT IN OVEN @325 for 15-20 minutes
FROSTING: GREEK YOGURT with half scoop of vanilla IsaPro protein powder
