Did someone say PROTEIN COOKIES? Like whoa. I can still have abs and eat cookies? or just be healthy and not de-rail my entire diet...? YES YOU CAN! (In moderation of course!) I’m going to be honest with you ... I’m not the “in the kitchen-baking type of chick” HOWEVER, I’m passionate about making stuff that has few ingredients and is ultra healthy— and these are exactly that, 

Here’s my most recent fav recipe: 

INGREDIENTS 

  • One Egg 

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 
  2. Mix all ingredients into a large bowl 
  3. add 1 TBSP of water if needed to mix in the shake powder 
  4. Bake for 10 minutes (check on this some of your ovens get hot fast ;)

Let cool. Enjoy as a snack with a cup of coffee (my fav is this one! ) or when you have late night cravings! Perfect little dessert! Xo
