I am so excited to share with you my favorite fitness program: P.volve.

After trying this program for nearly 2 years, I’ve decided it’s finally time to share it with you, because this has worked for me dramatically to achieve  my fitness goals. I feel it can do the same for you if you are feeling stagnant or are looking for a healthy change.  

Why do I think that?

First, it is an accessible fitness method that connects mind to muscle to help everyone look and feel their best. Their resistance-based, high-intensity, low-impact movements strengthen, sculpt and energize the entire body.

Secondly, I love it because it’s live streaming. This means you can do a workout whenever  and wherever you want. They have over 200+ videos to choose from, with new ones added weekly. Filtered by length, body focus and more. You can also curate a plan and stay on track with based on your goals. Then, they'll suggest workouts for you every week. 

 I have been in fitness for as long as I can remember and even competed at one point. I was lifting weights, back and biceps, triceps and chest. I would workout for an hour lifting weights and then do an hour of cardio. I felt inflamed. I was not achieving the results I desired. I did not feel good in a dress or in a skirt. I felt bulky and I felt as though I was doing a lot of masculine styled workouts for a long time until I studied the methodology behind p.volve.

I took the founders advice and really devoted myself to the program and now I’ve seen a dramatic result. I lost a couple pant sizes of inflammation and even losing a half size in shoes. I feel that this movement is the best for my body so if you’re somebody who is looking to lean out, looking to lift your glutes, looking to just have long lean muscles without putting a lot of wear and tear on your body I recommend trying p.volve.

Really try it, just like anything in life it takes awhile, it takes consistency.
